Adsanalysis ("we", "our", or "us") provides advertising performance analysis and reporting solutions. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data and marketing data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and process your data when you connect your marketing platforms, including Meta Ads API, to our application.

1. Data Controller

Adsanalysis acts as the data controller and data processor for the analytics and integration services provided on this platform. For any inquiries regarding this policy or your data rights, you may contact us through the workspace dashboard.

2. Information We Collect via Meta Ads API & Marketing Integrations

When you connect your Meta (Facebook) Ads account to Adsanalysis, we request read-only access to your marketing data. We fetch the following information through the Meta Graph API:

• Account Structures: Ad account names, IDs, currency, timezone, status, and linked campaigns/ad groups.
• Performance Metrics: Impressions, clicks, reach, spend, conversion rates, and action values (e.g., leads and purchases).
• Ad Creatives: Ad name, creative text, thumbnail images, body copy, and media URLs to display in your creative reports.

We only request the ads_read permission. We do NOT ask for write access or permissions to modify your campaigns, budget, or ads.

3. How We Use the Collected Data

We use your marketing data solely to provide you with the services on Adsanalysis, including:

• Generating and displaying performance dashboards and metrics.
• Creating AI-driven insights, recommendations, and PDF/HTML reports for your ad campaigns.
• Helping you monitor spending, duplicate/outlier data rows, and overall conversion performance.

We do not share, sell, or distribute your ad performance data or personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Policy

• Disconnecting an Integration: You can disconnect your Meta connection at any time via the Settings > Integrations page. Disconnecting will immediately cease all data syncing and remove associated access tokens.
• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your entire user account and workspace by navigating to Account > Delete Account (or visiting the delete path directly).
• Permanent Purge: When you delete your account, all fetched ad accounts, campaigns, ad groups, metrics, rollups, and cache data associated with your workspace are permanently and immediately purged from our active databases.
• Revoking App Access: You can also revoke our app's access to your Meta profile at any time directly through your Facebook account settings under "Business Integrations".

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect your access tokens and marketing data. All data transmission between our servers and the Meta Graph API is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) technology.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or regulatory requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page.
